Employment Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Hertfordshire / Hybrid, £Competitive (DOE) - This is a client-facing, strategic role – perfect for someone who combines technical expertise with outstanding interpersonal skills and commercial acumen. JOB REF: 0500.

THE ROLE:
• You’ll be working closely with clients, advising on a broad spectrum of contentious and non-contentious employment matters.
• Advising on HR matters, including disciplinary action, grievances and internal investigations
• Drafting employment contracts, service agreements, handbooks and policies
• Advising on restructures, redundancies, employee exits and settlement agreements
• Delivering training, seminars, and legal updates for clients and internal teams
• Playing a key role in business development and marketing initiatives, including social media and networking

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications are sought from Employment Solicitors with a minimum of 5 Years PQE
• You will be confident and capable of delivering expert legal advice to employers across a range of employment law matters
• You will have exceptional communication skills, attention to detail and work well within a team environment.
