Commercial Property Solicitor, 5+ Years PQE, Greater Manchester, up to c£70,000 (DOE) – A new opportunity for an experienced Commercial Property Solicitor looking for a new challenge. My client is seeking a talented individual with 5+ years PQE to join a highly regarded Real Estate team. JOB REF:0287.

THE ROLE:

• You will be responsible for a wide variety of commercial property matters to include sales and purchases, Landlord and Tenant, development agreements and bank funding and pension purchases.

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Applications sought from Commercial Property Solicitors with 5+ years PQE
• Proven ability to manage complex transactions independently and efficiently
• Excellent drafting and negotiation skills
• A commercial, solution-focused approach to legal work
• Strong client relationship skills and a proactive attitude to business development
• Team player mindset, with the ability to supervise and support junior colleagues
