Civil Litigation Locum Solicitor | Gloucestershire | Hybrid Working | £Competitive | 3-6 months

We’re working in partnership with a well-regarded law firm in Gloucestershire to recruit an experienced Civil Litigation Locum Solicitor (or Chartered Legal Executive) to support the team during a period of increased caseload.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-sufficient and confident litigator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can make an immediate impact.

The Role:

You’ll be managing a varied civil litigation caseload, including:
  • Personal injury matters
  • Contentious probate and will disputes
  • Residential tenancy issues
  • Debt recovery and enforcement proceedings
What We’re Looking For:
  • Qualified Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive (CILEX)
  • Proven ability to independently manage a broad civil litigation caseload
  • Excellent communication and client-care skills
  • Available to start at short notice
