Legal Secretary (Litigation), Wiltshire, £23,000+ (DOE) - Are you an experienced Legal Secretary looking to join a friendly and respected law firm? We’re looking for a proactive, organised, and professional Legal Secretary to support a Litigation team. JOB REF:0104

THE ROLE:
• You’ll be providing vital secretarial and administrative support to solicitors dealing with a broad range of litigation matters
• Audio and copy typing legal documents and correspondence
• Preparing and amending client documentation
• Diary management and arranging appointments
• Liaising with clients, courts, and external bodies
• Managing files, opening and closing matters
• Assisting with billing and time recording

SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Minimum of 1 years’ experience in a legal secretary role, ideally within a litigation department
• Strong typing and administrative skills
• Excellent attention to detail and confidentiality
• A friendly and professional manner when dealing with clients
• Confident using legal software and Microsoft Office
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
