The Opportunity:
As a Regulatory Solicitor, you will play a key role in supporting professionals involved in regulatory proceedings. This position involves managing a varied caseload with a focus on professional discipline and regulatory law. Your responsibilities will include:
  • Advising members on a broad range of regulatory matters
  • Drafting legal documentation and formal correspondence
  • Providing accurate, practical legal advice
  • Coordinating with expert witnesses and instructing counsel where needed
  • Potentially representing members in regulatory meetings and hearings, depending on your interest and experience

About You:
We are seeking a qualified Solicitor, Barrister or Legal Executive with at least 5 years of relevant experience. Internationally qualified lawyers with demonstrable UK regulatory experience are also welcome to apply.
  • Desirable experience includes:
  • Expertise in regulatory or professional discipline law, ideally within the healthcare sector
  • In-depth knowledge of current regulatory frameworks and governing authorities in healthcare
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to produce clear and effective case-specific documentation
