Job Description

Energy & Infrastructure Solicitor, NQ-2 Years PQE, Birmingham, £62,000+ (DOE) - This is a unique opportunity for a Newly Qualified Energy & Infrastructure Solicitor to be part of a cutting-edge sector at the forefront of the energy transition and infrastructure innovation.

THE ROLE:
• You will be responsible for your own varied caseload and also support more senior members of the team on more complex matters.
• In this role, you will focus on the commercial aspects of a broad range of clean energy and next-generation infrastructure projects
• Advising on the design, build and maintenance of onshore wind, solar, battery storage, and energy-from-waste assets.
• Supporting clean energy developers and corporate buyers on commercial arrangements including Power Purchase Agreements and energy services contracts.
• Working on EV charging, digital infrastructure, and green hydrogen projects.
