RESIDENTIAL PROPERTY SOLICITOR, 5+ PQE, OXFORDSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £55,000. Benefits include excellent company pension, sick pay, a Cycle to Work scheme, and discounts on legal and estate agency fees. The appointed Residential Property Solicitor will be joining a highly regarded high street legal practice, dealing with a range of matters relating to conveyancing, advising a diverse range of clients on complex and challenging situations.

• You will be expected to manage and oversee your own caseload, as well as develop close relationships with client and key contacts, offering accurate legal advice and support throughout the conveyancing process.

• The firm are considering candidates that have proven experience, excellent technical knowledge of conveyancing procedures and regulatory obligations within a busy high street practice.

• You will have strong verbal and written communication skills, with a professional and diligent approach to delivering exceptional client service and meeting fee and monthly billing targets.
