THE ROLE:
A position has become available for a Legal Secretary to join this established firm. The successful secretary will be working within the commercial property team supporting fee earners. Applications are sought from legal secretaries with a minimum of 1 years’ experience in a similar role. You will support and work closely with solicitors within the firm’s busy commercial property team. You will assist with a broad range of matters such as leasehold and freehold acquisitions and disposals, undertaking necessary searches, drafting, and approving leases, exchanges, and completion/ post completion related correspondence.
