Job Description

CONSTRUCTION SOLICITOR, 4-8 PQE, HAMPSHIRE, SALARY UP TO £65-85,000 (DOE). Outstanding opportunity to join the thriving construction practice of one of the UK’s leading law firms, with access to standard company pension scheme, free parking or travel season ticket loan, private medical insurance, 26 days' annual holiday, birthday holiday, and the option to purchase 1 weeks' leave. JOB REF: 215299728

The appointed candidate will be predominantly dealing with a range of construction matters, advising a diverse range of clients on high-profile, contentious and non-contentious cases.

• This role is ideal for candidates with strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts within the construction or property development sectors, who are eager to contribute to major infrastructure, rail, and green energy projects while gaining valuable hands-on cross project experience.

• You must demonstrate strong technical expertise and commercial awareness, effectively manage a diverse caseload while prioritising client needs, and possess excellent communication skills.

• You should have high-quality construction law experience from a leading national, regional, or City law firm. In-house experience — especially with major contractors, consultants, or public sector organisations — is also highly desirable.

• To apply contact Gemma on 020 7183 8586 or email gemma.jones@enllegal.co.uk with your CV or simply call for a confidential discussion.

eNL will never share your CV with a third party without your express permission. As part of our candidate care process, we aim to respond to all applications in 7 days. If you have not been contacted within this timescale, your application has been unsuccessful on this occasion. Please note our advertisements use PQE/salary level purely as a guide.

At eNL we value diversity and inclusion. We want to attract people at all levels and encourage applications from all suitably qualified candidates, whatever your ethnicity, religion, age, physical or mental disability, sexual orientation, gender identity or any other characteristics protected by law in the jurisdictions in which we operate.
