This is a fantastic opportunity to play a key role in the smooth delivery of a diverse range of events across the UK and internationally. From behind-the-scenes planning to on-the-day coordination, you will provide essential support to ensure every event runs seamlessly — whether online or in person.
Key Responsibilities:

- Attend and support live events, offering on-site assistance to delegates, speakers, organisers, and committee members
- Compile and present post-event reports using data collected from the organisation’s systems
- Assist committees and clinical organisers with event-related administration
- Create and maintain event webpages, ensuring content is clear, current, and engaging
- Support the delivery of online events by managing technical production, including camera and microphone control
- Conduct pre-event technical checks with speakers to ensure a smooth event experience
- Provide technical support to online attendees to help them access and participate in events
- Be willing and able to travel across England and stay overnight when required
About You:
You’ll be confident in managing competing priorities, with a professional and composed approach. Your communication skills will allow you to interact effectively with a variety of stakeholders, and your strong attention to detail will ensure accuracy across all aspects of your work. You’ll have:
- Experience in an administrative or events-based role
