Van Driver / Counterbalance Driver

Location: Leamington Spa
Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:00am – 4:00pm (flexibility to start from 6:00am)
Pay Rate: £12.56 per hour
Contract: Long-term opportunity

Pertemps are recruiting on behalf of our client based in Leamington Spa for an experienced Van Driver / Counterbalance Forklift Driver. This is a long-term position offering stability and the opportunity to work within a well-established and growing business.

Key Responsibilities:

• Carry out van driving duties, including deliveries to London using a Transit van.
• Undertake counterbalance forklift operations within the warehouse in Leamington Spa.
• Assist with general warehouse duties as required.
• Ensure all deliveries are completed safely, efficiently, and to schedule.
• Adhere to all health and safety and company procedures.

Requirements:

• Valid UK driving licence with no more than 6 penalty points.
• Valid Counterbalance Forklift Licence (in date and accredited).
• Previous experience in both van driving and warehouse/forklift operations.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Punctual, reliable, and flexible to start earlier when required (from 6:00am).
