Workshop Co-ordinator

We are hiring for a workshop co-ordinator in our busy warehouse located in crick! 

Hours are flexible between 0700-1700. 

Pay is £12.88ph - weekly or monthly

Job Role Summary:
Responsible for dispatch of consumables to customers, parts to engineers and booking, replenishment of goods within warehouse along with the PDI of new equipment. 

Key role responsiblities:

• Unboxing, and setup of copier and printer equipment
• Configuration of devices to customer requirements, including networking details
• Configuration of ancillaries for solution deals, such as card readers
• Repackaging of machine for trunking and final mile installation
• Following all procedures and processes used internally and by manufacturers.
• Ensuring that all work is tracked correctly within company systems and closed down timely
• Ensuring all work areas remain tidy and organized.
• Ensuring that all equipment work is carried out to the highest standards meeting KPI’s to avoid engineer calls outs.
• Working knowledge of Outlook and Excel
• Previous workshop or field experience is desirable
