Key responsibilities include:
- Leading the implementation of the project management plan, site procedures, and documentation.
- Overseeing quality management processes and ensuring compliance with specified requirements.

- Coordinating handover schedules, keys, spares, and completion documentation.
- Maintaining accurate site diaries and allocation sheets.
- Advising on buildability and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives.
We are keen to speak with candidates who can demonstrate:
- Proven experience as a Site Manager delivering high-quality, large-scale projects (£5m+), ideally in sectors such as healthcare, education, commercial, or public sector.

- SMSTS, First Aid at Work, CSCS card, in date.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.
- IT literate, confident with project management systems and reporting tools.
- HNC/Degree, MCIOB, or equivalent professional or trade-based background.
- Full UK driving licence.
Work with a respected contractor on flagship regional projects.
