We’re working with a respected player in the built environment sector, looking to bring on a driven Business Development Manager to lead strategic growth across the South West.

This is an opportunity to step into a high-impact role with real autonomy, where you’ll shape new business opportunities, build lasting client relationships, and work closely with senior leadership.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving new business opportunities and pipeline growth
• Building strong networks across contractors, consultants, and stakeholders
• Working cross-functionally to convert leads into successful project wins
• Representing the brand at key industry events and forums

What You’ll Bring:

• 5+ years of BD experience in the construction or infrastructure space
• Proven track record in securing projects and growing client accounts
• Strong commercial awareness and a strategic mindset
• Confident communicator with a collaborative approach
