Job Title: Administrator
Location: Perth, PH2 8AT
Rate of Pay: £15.16 per hour
Contract Duration: 03 November 2025 – 23 January 2026 (12 weeks)
Hours: 35 hours per week (Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 4:15pm, normal office hours)



About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and organised Administrator to provide essential administrative support for our client based in Perth. This 12-week temporary role is an excellent opportunity to contribute to the effective delivery of case management and operational processes within a professional and high-performing team.



Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide administrative support in the assessment, recording, and distribution of case management processes in accordance with established guidelines and Data Protection Legislation.
  2. Liaise with internal and external partners to ensure effective service delivery.
  3. Maintain accurate electronic and paper-based filing and data recording systems, ensuring full compliance with Data Protection Legislation.
  4. Support the ongoing development of efficient case management processes by contributing to departmental planning activities and developing personal knowledge of relevant policies and legislation.
  5. Collate and analyse statistical data and prepare related management reports.
  6. Undertake other duties, commensurate with the role, as required to maintain the efficient running of the service.


Knowledge, Skills & Experience
  • Demonstrated experience in accurate minute-taking and timely distribution of meeting notes.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise workloads and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Confident in using Information and Communication Technologies (ICT) as effective business tools.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and experienced in general administrative practices.
