Are you an organised, detail-oriented professional looking for your next opportunity? We’re seeking a Technical Assistant to join our team on a maternity cover contract — supporting a busy engineering branch with essential administrative and technical coordination.

What You’ll Be Doing
  • Providing day-to-day administrative support to branch personnel
  • Managing material requisitions and liaising with suppliers and procurement to ensure timely delivery of goods and services
  • Maintaining site documentation and notices related to Safety, Health, Environment, and Quality (SHEQ) standards
  • Administering the hours management system for the site engineering team
  • Supporting multiple departments with general clerical and coordination tasks

What We’re Looking For
Strong organisational and communication skills
Experience in administrative or technical support roles
Confidence working with internal systems and supplier contacts
A proactive approach and attention to detail
