Job Title: HGV Class 1 (C+E) Driver – Day Shifts Only

Salary: £16.07 per hour (increasing to £24.11 after 48 hours/week)

Description: We are currently recruiting experienced HGV Class 1 (C+E) Drivers for day shifts with a well-established logistics company operating within the UK rail industry. This is a fantastic opportunity for professional drivers seeking regular work, excellent rates of pay, and the chance to be home daily.

Key Responsibilities:

• Driving HGV Class 1 vehicles (flatbeds and curtainsiders)
• Day shift work only (no nights out)
• Adhering to transport regulations and company procedures
• Safely delivering goods within specified timeframes

Pay Details:

• £16.07 per hour (standard)
• £24.11 per hour after 48 hours worked in a single week
• Weekly pay
• Paid full-day assessment required before start (payment issued upon passing)

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of HGV Class 1 (C+E) driving experience
• Valid CPC and Digi Tacho Card
• No more than 6 points on your licence (no major endorsements)
• Container or flatbed experience is desirable but not essential
