Job Description

Job Title: Outbound Sales Advisor
Location: Leicester City Centre
Salary: £25,000 – £30,000 per annum + Uncapped Commission (Top earners £100k+)
Hours: Monday – Thursday 8:45am – 5:00pm, Friday 8:45am – 4:30pm
Holidays: 21 days annual leave + bank holidays

The Role:
My client, a fast-growing business, is seeking ambitious and motivated Outbound Sales Advisors to join their expanding team based in Leicester city centre. This is an exciting opportunity for driven sales professionals with phone sales experience to maximise their earning potential in a supportive and rewarding environment.

As an Outbound Sales Advisor, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, building strong client relationships, and promoting the company’s energy services. After 6 weeks of training, you will move onto an industry-leading commission structure where top performers are already earning six figures.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound sales calls to prospective customers to generate leads and secure business
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients
  • Consistently achieve and exceed sales targets and KPIs
  • Record and manage call activity, leads, and conversions accurately
  • Deliver a confident, professional, and consultative sales approach

  • Proven experience in phone-based sales (any industry is considered)
  • Confident, target-driven, and money-motivated attitude
  • Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
