Key Responsibilities
 
  • Contacting individuals and businesses by phone to discuss overdue accounts
  • Handling sensitive conversations with professionalism and empathy
  • Setting up affordable repayment plans
  • Maintaining accurate customer records and data entry
  • Achieving personal and team performance targets
  • Processing customer payments accurately through internal systems
  • Adhering to compliance guidelines and internal procedures
 
Ideal Candidate
 
  • Previous experience in a call centre, collections, or credit control role
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Comfortable working to KPIs and targets
  • Confident making outbound calls and managing challenging conversations
  • Quick to learn new systems and adapt to different technologies
  • A problem-solver with a proactive, customer-focused approach
