Part Time Call Centre Advisor

I am currently working with a rapidly expanding company based in Redditch. This is an exciting Part Time Call Centre opportunity to join a Telemarketing team within an organisation that focuses on people development and rewarding talent. You will be using warm leads to call customers to book visits for Field Sales Advisors. 

• Monday to Friday 9.30-2.00 every other Saturday 9-5 with a day off in week (24 hours a week)
• Monday to Thursday 9.30-2.00 Friday off and every Saturday 9-5 (25.5 hours a week )

 
The purpose of this role is to generate high quality appointments for the company sales advisors in line with the company’s budget.
 
Part Time Call Centre Advisor/ Telemarketer duties include:

• Generate high quality appointments for sales advisors
• Maximise conversion rates from lead to appointment.
• Ensure lead details and appointments are logged accurately
• Ensure brochures are sent in a timely fashion.
• Meet Key Performance Indicator targets, as cascaded by the Call Centre Manager.

Part Time Call Centre/ Telemarketer key skills:

• Identifying customer needs through effective questioning techniques.
• Using objection handling & closing techniques.
• Demonstrating excellent company & product knowledge.
• Effectively managing call-backs.
• Experienced in accurate data entry & the use of computer systems.
• Excellent Customer Service skills.
