The Role
 

• Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of industrial press machinery at customer sites
• Mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic fault-finding on a range of equipment
• Planned preventative maintenance and reactive breakdown support
• Providing on-site technical support and advice to customers
• Accurately completing service reports and job documentation
• Representing the business professionally while working independently in the field
• Occasional overnight stays depending on location and customer requirements

The Ideal Candidate
 

• Proven experience as a Field Service Engineer within industrial machinery, presses, or similar equipment
• Strong mechanical and electrical fault-finding skills (hydraulics experience highly desirable)
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and schematics
• Full UK driving licence
• Self-motivated, organised, and comfortable working autonomously
• Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
