Shifts: 4 on, 4 off (2 weeks days / 2 weeks nights) – 7:25am–7:35pm / 7:25pm–7:35am

What You’ll Do?

• Operate, monitor, and optimise production line machinery — including robotic and automated systems
• Carry out routine maintenance and basic fault-finding to minimise downtime
• Work closely with your team to hit production targets while maintaining exceptional quality
• Follow health & safety procedures and keep your work area clean and organised

What We’re Looking For:

• Previous experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or production environment
• Knowledge of automated or robotic systems (preferred but not essential)
• Strong technical mindset and problem-solving skills
• A collaborative team player with pride in quality and consistency
• Comfortable with a 4-on, 4-off rotating shift pattern (days and nights)
