Location: Telford
Salary: £49,400 basic (includes flexibility payment) + Overtime @ 1.5x after 42 hrs/week
Shifts: 4 on 4 off – Days & Nights

• Is a time-served multi skilled technician with strong systems & control knowledge.
• Must have Mechanical and Electrical Maintenance experience
• Fully qualified in both disciplines
• Can read and interpret Electrical Control Wiring Diagrams.
• Has PLC programming and fault-finding experience.
• Enjoys learning new techniques and technology.
• Ideally has experience in the food or processing industry (desirable, not essential).
• Thrives under pressure, works flexibly, and brings plenty of ideas and enthusiasm.

Your Role:

• Provide shift technical leadership to operations colleagues.
• React quickly to day-to-day breakdowns and carry out efficient changeovers.
• Work 4 on 4 off, covering both days and nights.
• Contribute to continuous improvement and new product development alongside lead engineers.
• Take full ownership of your work, meeting agreed deadlines with both internal teams and external contractors.
