Customer Support Coordinator
Cannock (office based)
Permanent, full-time (35 hours per week) including some weekend work (2 weekends out of every 4)
£24,000 basic with potential to earn up to £30,000 including commission and bonuses

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Account Managers with daily tasks and client communications
  • Handle client enquiries and gather key information for assessments
  • Provide clear overviews of available products and services
  • Collaborate with partner organisations and keep stakeholders informed
  • Offer expert advice on a wide range of customer enquiries
  • Ensure smooth communication between clients and internal teams
