A well-established manufacturer is seeking a skilled Printing Machine Operator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a clean, safe, and fast-paced environment where quality and safety are key.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate machinery and associated equipment 
• Carry out machine setup and ensure accurate production runs in line with job specifications
• Read and interpret production orders/job tickets to ensure correct setup and operation
• Monitor product quality throughout the production process and identify defects
• Liaise with packers to ensure defective products are excluded
• Adhere to all SOPs
• Maintain accurate production records and ensure product traceability
• Perform additional tasks as assigned.

• Experience operating production machinery
• Strong understanding of quality standards and safety protocols
• Ability to read technical instructions and job specifications
• A good communicator with an eye for detail and a proactive approach
