VNA or High-Level Order Picker (HLOP) Driver
Location: Erdington, Birmingham
Pay: £14.00 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 10:00am - 6:00pm

Are you an experienced VNA or HLOP driver looking for a new opportunity in a supportive and dynamic environment? We are currently recruiting for a skilled and safety-conscious individual to join our growing team in Central Birmingham.

What You'll Be Doing:

As a VNA Driver:

• Safely operating Very Narrow Aisle (VNA) equipment within racking systems.
• Accurately retrieving and relocating stock within tight aisle spaces.
• Supporting inventory checks and replenishment of stock.
• Following all health and safety procedures to maintain a secure working area.

As a High-Level Order Picker:

• Operating HLOP equipment to pick stock from high storage locations.
• Ensuring accurate and efficient picking and packing of customer orders.
• Maintaining cleanliness and order in your working area.
• Complying with all warehouse safety protocols.

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience using VNA or HLOP equipment (essential).
• In-date, accredited licence or certification for VNA and/or HLOP operation.
• A good eye for detail and the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
• Team player with a positive attitude and strong communication skills.
