we are looking for a dedicated Production Operative to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support production processes including printing .
  
  
• Accurately read, follow, and complete paperwork and job instructions
  
  
• Maintain high quality standards in line with brand expectations
  
  
• Operate machinery safely and efficiently (full training provided)
  
  
• Ensure a clean and safe working environment
  
  
• Work collaboratively with team members and follow supervisor instructions
  
  

What We’re Looking For:

• able to handle manual tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail
  
  
• Able to follow both verbal and written instructions precisely
  
  
• Confident reading and filling out job sheets, quality check forms, and other production paperwork
  
  
• Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in their work
  
  
• Previous experience in printing or manufacturing is a plus, but not essential
  
  
• basic IT skills
