Role Overview

We are looking for a proactive and experienced Senior Marketing Executive to join a growing and ambitious team.
This role offers the chance to take ownership of the company’s marketing activity across multiple channels, helping to strengthen brand visibility, generate leads, and support business growth.
You’ll combine strategic planning with hands-on delivery, creating engaging campaigns, managing digital channels, and ensuring marketing initiatives align with the company’s commercial objectives.

Key Responsibilities


Digital Marketing & Lead Generation

  • Manage and maintain the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging, and up to date.
  • Drive SEO performance through effective optimisation and content strategy.
  • Plan and deliver inbound campaigns (blogs, newsletters, landing pages, and downloads) to attract and convert new leads.
  • Develop and manage social media campaigns to raise awareness and support lead generation.
  • Monitor analytics and performance metrics, providing regular insights and recommendations for improvement.
Content & PR
  • Lead the creation of marketing content across web, email, and print formats.
  • Write and edit case studies, press releases, and customer stories that demonstrate value and results.
  • Build relationships with industry media to secure editorial coverage and promotional opportunities.
  • Support the production of visual content such as video and photography.
Events & Customer Engagement
  • Plan and coordinate trade shows, exhibitions, and customer events, representing the company professionally.
  • Conduct customer interviews and site visits to develop authentic, insight-driven content.
Strategic Marketing
  • Collaborate with Sales and Management teams to identify new opportunities and ensure alignment between marketing and commercial goals.
  • Support new product and service launches, ensuring all promotional activity is coordinated.
  • Produce marketing reports to demonstrate ROI and inform decision-making.
Skills & Experience
Essential:
  • Proven experience in a B2B marketing role with measurable success in lead generation.
  • Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and campaign planning.
  • Excellent copywriting and communication skills across multiple platforms.
  • Confident in analysing data and using insights to guide strategy.
  • Creative and commercially focused, with strong attention to detail.
  • Highly organised, adaptable, and able to manage multiple priorities.
Desirable:
  • HubSpot or similar CRM/CMS platforms
  • Google Analytics, Search Console, and Ads
  • AHREFs or other SEO tools
  • ClickUp or other project management software
  • Microsoft Office
Expectations:
  • Occasional travel to events, customer meetings, and site visits (UK-based, some overnight stays).
  • Collaborative approach, working closely with Sales, Product, and Management teams.
  • Ability to balance creative ideas with analytical thinking.
  • Confident, flexible, and proactive in a dynamic environment.
Salary & Benefits:
