Pertemps are currently recruiting for a Painter & Decorator for a client based in Swansea for a temporary assignment for 1 week starting Monday 1st September.

Hours: Monday 1st September - Friday 5th September

Pay: £12.22p/h

Job Description:

• Painting and decorating across the portfolio of the student accommodation
• Completing planned and reactive painting and decorations works as scheduled with supervision and guidance as received.
• Assisting with planned and reactive maintenance support.
• Undertaking additional duties as required to assist with the running of the property.
• Ensuring that the properties are presented to the required standard.
• Undertaking all works to the highest safety and quality standers in line with all current regulations.
• Ensuring that Health and Safety is adhered to at all times.
