Job Description

REGULATORY SOLICITOR/ BARRISTER, 5 + YEARS EXPERIENCE, LONDON/ HYBRID, 18 MONTH FIXED TERM CONTRACT, UP TO £52,000 DOE. This is a senior role that combines casework, line management, and operational support. You will manage complex cases, mentor and guide colleagues, and actively contribute to achieving performance goals. JOB REF: 1250

•Responsibilities include, managing a caseload of complex reports by conducting assessments and enquiries, preparing case summaries with recommendations or referrals, writing decision letters in line with regulatory policies, and providing casework advice and support to team members.

•The appointed legal professional will line manage and support more junior members by monitoring performance and supporting development, while ensuring all case management system data is accurate and up to date.

•Applications are open to qualified solicitors or barristers with experience in regulatory law and managing a high volume caseload.

•Experience in line management, combined with excellent organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work to deadlines, is essential.
