Hayley is one recruitment consultant that gives you some hope alongside being honest. I have had a plethora of recruitment consultants that treat you like rubbish and you're not worthy - Hayley is and always has been someone who is an exception to the rule and treats candidates that they are worth contacting. For this alone I have no objection with contacting her at any given time knowing that if she is not available she will reciprocate the call and make the candidate feel they ARE worthy!!
