Our consultants' expertise is across both hard and soft services. This gives us full market coverage whilst still having specialists dedicated to each individual market.

 

Soft Services

Although we cover all service lines considered within this highly diverse area of Facilities Management, our expertise and our relationships have historically centred around cleaning, manned guarding, hospitality and catering. Our consultants within soft services work tirelessly within their vertical markets and also collaboratively as a team when servicing multi-disciplined soft service providers.

This market has a tendency to be incredibly fast-paced – there are large headcount numbers and demand is high. We work alongside some of the CAFM providers who are intrinsic to the efficiency of the market which aids our knowledge of the demands and difficulties that face our clients.

We have an unparalleled network which has been built up over years of immersing ourselves within the market. Our network now covers all areas of bid management, business development, operations and mobilisation.

 

Hard Services and TFM

We have dominated this market since our inception back in 2007, all of our original client relationships stemmed from hard services or TFM providers. It is therefore, the market we are most familiar with. As we have grown, we have taken an interest in the critical market space as we developed further into specialist services.

This is a competitive innovative environment where service providers strive to add value and stay ahead of the game. It’s vital that both our candidates and clients have their fingers on the pulse of new developments which means as consultants, we must submerse ourselves in this market,  keeping our clients informed of new trends.

We work closely with operations and business development professionals. Growing these close relationships has led to the introduction of our Engineering division to strengthen our offering within hard services.
