Hard Services Manager
Oxfordshire
Up to £50,000 + pension, 25 days annual leave + healthcare after qualifying period.

This is a well-established Building Services contractor in Oxfordshire. Experience of managing services within a Manufacturing or R&D environment would be advantageous.

This is a wonderfully exciting an advanced site with a corporate and professional attitude to reaching goals in a personable way, therefore experienced candidates with a professional and friendly approach would be most welcome.

What will you be doing?

• Leading and developing a team of M&E projects, Asset and Maintenance staff (contractors and direct).
• Have total responsibility for the safe and affective delivery of all M&E on site.
• Monitor ad manage all projects, contract KPI’s/SLA’s, compliance, H&S, Assets performance, use of CAFM systems, PPM’s and remedial works.

• Extensive experience and understanding of a range of M&E maintenance services – essential.
• Ideally managed services within critical or controlled environments
• CAFM experience
• Proven experience of managing operational M&E services
• Relevant engineering qualification
• Ideally have worked in a contractor environment
