Total Facilities Management Account Manager urgently required

3 month FTC contract
Senior salary

This is a total facilities management fixed term contract for 3 months.

You will need senior level experience of managing a large contract delivering Total Facilities Management.  Due to the urgency and nature of this contract you will ideally be available ASAP.

You will need:

• Extensive experience in managing TFM accounts within the FM industry
• Extensive experience in hard service management and knowledge of Asset Management methodologies
• Qualification in engineering is desirable
• Extensive experience in cleaning management and knowledge of BICS methodologies
• Extensive experience in security management and knowledge of SIA methodologies
• Extensive experience in performance and change management and knowledge of CAFM system design and operations
• Line Management experience is essential
• NEBOSH Managing Safely is required
• Water industry experience is preferred
• Relevant Change Management qualification is preferred
• SIA applicable licence is held and in date
• Relevant IWFM qualification is preferred
