Building Service Engineer
East Hampshire, £35,000 - £40,000 
 
My client has been established since 1929 and are a large service provider who specialise in facilities management. The client provides service for high level secure sites such as MOD and other public sector contracts. The key responsibilities for the Building Service Engineer include delivering high quality service, installations, problem diagnosis and preventative maintenance.
 
Responsibilities:
 

• Electrical and mechanical fault finding
• The role requires on-site service
• Emergency light testing / minor installations
• Health & Safety regulations and safe working practise are adhered to
• Carry out all site maintenance checks
• Maintain the facilities log and actions daily
• Complete paperwork accurately and on time
• Strong customer service skills

• Electrical qualifications / City & Guild’s / 18th edition
• Fault finding and repair knowledge
• Previous experience in electrical fault finding or some form of Electronics/Electrical engineering
• Strong verbal and written skills are required to produce detailed site visit reports and communicate effectively to customers

• Salary up to £40,000
• Training provided for qualifications/certifications
• 25 days holiday + 8 bank hols
• Site based (Mon-Fri)
