Operations Director

Our client are Leading Experts in Medical Hygiene, Ventilation and Emergency Response as part of their growth strategy they are looking to identify an Operations Director for the Yorkshire area. Responsibilities:
 

• Planning for allocation of trained resources to ensure the successful delivery of all contracts and remedial projects
• Create, align, and execute the operational strategies that enable business success
• Manage the business against operational KPI’s and ensure they are met and exceeded
• Actively involved in strategic business discussions and reporting directly to the Board of Directors
• Liaising closely with the Management Team and the business to ensure that all contractual and compliance requirements of the company are met
• Work with commercial teams in delivery of new opportunities
• Deliver outstanding productivity and quality performance
• Develop and control operational budgets to promote profitability and ensure the company has all the resources required to meet its objectives within agreed financial parameters
• Quoting for remedial works, new tenders, projects

• Proven track record of building, leading, and developing teams

• self-motivated individual with strong analytical, negotiation, communication, presentation, interpersonal and influencing skills
• naturally tenacious, driven by business success

• Excellent face to face client skills

• £60,000 - £70,000 + Package
