Part of a major international group, this organisation has recently invested in a new manufacturing facility and is currently launching new products for the automotive industry. As a Reliability Centred Maintenance Engineer your role will be to oversee and lead preventative and RCM strategy for production plant maintenance within a modern highly automated manufacturing facility.
RCM - Reliability Centred Maintenance Engineer
Week day shifts

Location: Telford, Shropshire
Reporting to the Maintenance & Facilities Manager you will be responsible for implementing a reliability centred maintenance strategy with the support of other key members of the maintenance and engineering teams,
Duties:
o Developing and inputting the asset register into the CMMS (Agility)
o Implementing an asset deployment strategy
o Completing a criticality study / FMEA for all assets
o Developing the PM strategy to include spare parts requirements for all assets
o Identifying capital expenditure requirements for all assets
o Identifying training requirements based on the PM strategy and asset deployment strategy for all assets
o Updating and communicating the RCM maintenance strategy metrics to the Maintenance Manager.
Requirements:
Applications are sought from Multi skilled Maintenance Engineers, RCM Engineers or Maintenance Supervisors with experience gained in high volume automated machinery, ideally from automotive, foundry or similar high technology sectors
o Time served/ apprentice trained with Multi skilled engineering or Mechatronics qualification and training – C&G, BTEC, NVQ level
o Maintenance experience in high volume and automated manufacturing  
o Thorough understanding of reliability centred maintenance, CMMS and preventative maintenance strategies
o Knowledge and experience of spare parts strategies.
o Identifying training requirements from maintenance strategies.
